• Members are directly responsible for all agreements made for the purchase or exchange of items
• We do not fully review the items advertised through this platform. As most of the content comes from our Members, we do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or the safety, quality, or legality of what's on offer. Buyers are expected to carry out their own due diligence. We aim to ensure a safe marketplace through our Terms and Policies which all users must adhere to.
• Buyers and Sellers must be of age 18 years or older; otherwise parental or guardian supervision is advised when on the SquaredCycle Platform.
• Sellers agree that they are: The sole owners of Items they put up on the SquaredCycle Platform and are legally able to sell the Item(s)
• We are not responsible for calculating, remitting and paying any applicable taxes in respect of items sold on the SquaredCycle Platform. It is the sole responsibility of the Seller.
• Any dispute between buyers and sellers must be resolved between them. We may be informed through completing the form on our contact page and requested to assist in the resolution of disputes. We will, at our own discretion, assist in the resolution of the dispute as an informal mediator.
• We do not tolerate any breach of our Terms and Policies which include but not limited to if any Member is found advertising prohibited items. We reserve the right to remove the item and/or depending on the severity of the breach the member from our platform.

The safety of our Members while using our platform is of topmost priority to us and we do our very best to keep the SquaredCycle Platform safe but we greatly rely on the commitment of each Member to achieve this. We do not tolerate:

• Any content that is threatening, hate speech, sexual or capable of inciting violence
• Use of the SquaredCycle platform for anything fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory or malicious
• Harassment, bullying or intimidation of any Member
• Collecting any Member's information or content for any purpose other than to respond to an ad
• Access to our Platform by any automated means such as robots, scrapers or spiders without our consent
• Unauthorised marketing of external resources
• Creating links to or promoting any of our competitor platform on our platform
• Creating links to or promoting any external web or mobile application that contains content which contradicts our Policies and Terms. Some examples of such websites are pornographic and gambling websites or any that distributes copyrighted, illegal or dangerous content
• Posting sensitive or personal information such as phone numbers, street addresses or banking information. If you must share this information with specific members, do so in private messages
• Uploading malicious codes or viruses
• Sharing login information or accessing another Member's account
• Encouraging or facilitating violations of any of our Terms or Policies.

You acknowledge that by using the SquaredCycle Platform, you might be exposed to materials that you consider offensive, indecent or objectionable. We will not be liable in any way for such materials or content. Please contact us if you see any offensive or questionable content on the SquaredCycle Platform.

We reserve the right to regulate any content on the SquaredCycle Platform. As stated previously, we also have the right to suspend or remove any content. However, we and our representatives will not be liable for any losses, damages or harm resulting from such action or inaction.

There are plans to introduce premium and urgent ads which will be paid for.

Transactions between Buyers and Sellers are negotiated directly between them. Every Seller is committed to selling items at an amount agreed with a the prospective Buyer.
