How do I access the page to post an ad?
There are two options on how to get to the page where ads are created

• Click the "Post An Ad" button on the main menu
• Click the "Post An Ad" button on the homepage.

What do I need to create an ad?
The following are the basic information needed to create an ad:

• Category the ad belongs to
• Title
• Description
• Type of ad (private or business)
• Country
• Address

How much does it cost to place an ad?
Regular ads are free. There are plans to introduce premium and urgent ads in future

If I post an ad will I see it immediately?
We aim to make your ad visible on the website within 24hours of posting it. In this time, your ad is reviewed to ensure it meets our requirements.

If I post an ad, will I also get more spam e-mails?
Your email address is not visible on the website and is hidden from users.

How long will my ad remain on the website?
All regular ads are scheduled to be deactivated automatically after 3 months. An email will be sent to you a week before this happens and another on the day of deactivation. 

Can I reactivate my ad after deactivation? 
You can reactivate your ad by logging into your account. 

I sold my item. How do I delete my ad?

• Log in to your account
• Click on "Dashboard" on the top right menu
• On the left menu of the dashboard page, click "My ads"
• Click the "Delete" icon against the ad you want to delete
